fourteen days, no questions.

pay for a membership and change your mind within fourteen days of that payment and you get all of it back. it applies to the first payment and to every renewal. email [email protected] from the address you joined with, or ask paddle directly through the receipt they sent you.

paddle is the merchant of record, so the money goes back through paddle to whatever you paid with. it leaves within fourteen days of us agreeing; your bank decides the rest. when it goes through your account is locked and your seat is freed for someone else.

after fourteen days a payment is not refundable, but you can cancel the renewal any time in the customer portal in settings and keep the membership until the year runs out.

this sits on top of your rights under consumer law and takes nothing away from them.
